Auditions for Midvale Arts Council's production of Guys and Dolls Sr will be held on Tuesday, October 6th, from 6:30-9:00 at the Midvale Performing Arts Center (695 W Center St).

Not interested in a lead, speaking, or featured role? Feel more comfortable in the ensemble and you don't want to go through the stress of an audition? No problem! Fill out the audition form (linked above), and just show up to the first rehearsal/cast meeting (see below)!

 

This show is open to all actors ages 55 and up, of all abilities and experience levels.

 

For the audition: Be prepared to sing 32 bars of a song in the style of the show. Bring your backing track; we will have a variety of cables available for you to connect your phone to our speaker. If you're old school, we respect that--bring your sheet music and we'll do our best to accompany you on the piano!

 

Callbacks: By invitation only, Wednesday October 7th in the evening. If you are not called back, that does not mean you won't be cast!

 

Rehearsal schedule: TBD! First rehearsal/cast meeting will be Saturday, October 10th from 11:30-1:30. All rehearsals will be weekday evenings or Saturdays.

 

Performances: 8 performances from November 13th-21st. Exact performance dates TBD.
